Desk + Phone - connect your UPLIFT desk to your mobile device using the UPLIFT Desk Bluetooth Adapter, available individually or bundled with a new desk
Movement reminders - create a healthier, more active, and rewarding work routine by incorporating regular movement throughout the day—with convenient reminders to switch between sitting and standing at timed intervals
Daily standing goals - boost your motivation to move by setting a daily standing goal
Track progress - monitor the time spent standing, calories burned, and sit/stand transitions over days, weeks, months, and the year
Memorized heights - save favorite sitting and standing heights
One-touch raise & lower - with a single tap on the app, the desk adjusts to a saved height—perfect for use with a desk hammock
Set Min & Max heights - set stop limits to prevent the desk from colliding with shelves above or cabinets below
Calibrate desk height - adjust and calibrate the displayed height on the desk's keypad and app's Home screen—especially useful for compensating for the added height of casters so the desktop height reads correctly
Set work days & times - set your work schedule and the app will only send movement reminders during those times
Quick Desk Reset - perform a Quick Desk Reset with a single tap
Digital assistant (iOS only) - use voice commands to open the app, adjust your desk to saved heights, set reminders, and save sitting and standing heights
Compatibility - compatible with most UPLIFT height-adjustable desks and the UPLIFT E7 Standing Desk Converter, and supports both Apple and Android mobile devices
