Before ordering parts please determine which UPLIFT Desk Frame you own.
Take a look at the left or right side of your frame, if you DON'T see the UPLIFT Desk logo near the top of the frame then it is a V1 frame.
If you DO see a logo, you have either a V2 or V2-Commercial Frame.
The V2 frame DOES NOT have a lower-crossbar that spans between the legs at about knee height.
The V2-Commercial frame DOES have a lower-crossbar that connects the legs together at knee height.

The UPLIFT V2 and V2-Commercial desks are equally stable. The V2-Commercial desk has a height range that starts at about 3" lower than the V2 and conforms to the ANSI/BIFMA G1-2013 height standard. The key difference between the two is the height range as listed below:
The UPLIFT V2 Desk has stability braces at the top of each leg for maximizing stability without the need for a lower crossbar between the legs. To provide the space needed for the stability braces, the leg orientation is inverted with the larger telescoping tube section at the top. These angular stability braces eliminate side-to-side wobble and replace the need for a lower crossbar.
For the V2-Commercial Desk to achieve a 3" lower starting height with a larger overall height adjustment range, the three telescoping leg sections were designed to be shorter and travel farther. Because of this, the telescoping leg stages overlap each other less than they do on the V2 desk legs. To compensate for less overlap, the V2-Commercial desk has thicker legs connected by a lower crossbar. The end result is best-in-class stoutness that matches the award-winning stability of the V2 desk.
The V2-Commercial Desk was developed to optimally accommodate users under 5'4" tall. It meets the ANSI/BIFMA G1-2013 height standard to accommodate users who are 5'0" to 6'3" tall (5th percentile female seated height to 95th percentile male standing height). With the lower starting height, the V2-Commercial Desk also better accommodates children. Adding a keyboard tray allows the V2 desk to accommodate a 4'10" or taller user, and allows the V2-Commercial desk to accommodate a 4'6" or taller user.
We recommend the use of a keyboard tray with either desk to position the keyboard and mouse so your wrists are perfectly straight and the keyboard tray height is perfectly positioned either lower or higher than your desktop height. The optimal position for your keyboard and mouse is to have your upper arms hanging comfortably at your sides, with elbows at about 90 degrees, and wrists perfectly straight while typing and mousing. This will usually place the keyboard tray just above your lap. UPLIFT keyboard trays have 8" of height adjustment and move vertically from 5" below to 3" above the underside of the desktop (without a 2.8" thick track spacer). Adding a keyboard tray allows the V2 desk to accommodate a 4'10" or taller user, and allows the V2-Commercial desk to accommodate a 4'6" or taller user.
Keypads are available in Flush or Angled mount.
All basic keypads provide up/down control of your desk by pressing and holding a button until the desk reaches the desired height.
One-touch height adjustment to 4 saved heights
Set up to four saved heights. Then tap a button to automagically adjust your desk to a saved height. As the desk moves upward, stand up and move your chair out of the way.
Constant-touch height adjustment
UPLIFT Desks using an advanced keypad are factory set to one-touch mode. You may optionally change to constant-touch (push-and-hold buttons to move desk) mode, useful if unsupervised small children are present.
Anti-collision system sensitivity adjustments
The 6-axis electronic gyroscope sensor in the control box measures desk motion and works well to stop desk motion whether moving up or down. If needed, advanced keypads can adjust the sensitivity of the system.
Min & max height limits
Set min and max desktop height limits to stop desk motion before impacting shelves above or cabinets below the desktop.
Keypad lock
Prevents the desk from moving until deactivated. Useful if unsupervised children are present.
Desk height calibration
Calibrate the displayed height on the keypad, especially useful to account for desk caster height.
Height display
Adjust the desk to a specific height in inches or centimeters. The LED display turns off after 10 seconds of inactivity to avoid nighttime light distraction.
